Our Mission
The WBC provides services and programs that support and accelerate women’s business ownership and strengthen the impact of women on the economy. The WBC enables women to launch new businesses and to more successfully run their existing businesses.

Organization Profile
Established in 1999 with the assistance of a five year matching fund grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration, the WBC delivers client-driven services. By offering a full range of services utilizing the expertise of successful business owners and business professionals from the community to deliver it’s programs, The Women’s Business Center is the Virgin Islands focal point for women’s economic empowerment opportunities. Contributions to the Women’s Business Center can be made directly to the WBC, or to the St. Croix Foundation.
